JOB TITLE: Order Filler

JOB SUMMARY: Perform a variety of duties associated with filling orders at the Holiday Support Facility that are delivered to Holiday Station Stores.


Accurately “pick” product as ordered by the Holiday Stations Store.

Place picked product in appropriately labeled bin.

Bring completed orders to dock staging area.

Assist in loading delivery trucks.

Clean and organize work area as necessary

Notify HSF Management of inferior product issues or equipment that is not working properly.

Perform other duties as assigned by HSF Management, Supervisors and/or Leads

Perform all duties in compliance with USDA or FDA, OSHA and state and local regulations and company policies and procedures; including safety guidelines and the use of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

Job Requirements


  • Must be 18 years of age or older.          
  • Have the ability to comprehend verbal instructions and read pick sheets and product labels.
  • Must be able to perform simple arithmetic skills – add, subtract and multiply

  • Must be reliable and dependable; available to work Sunday through Thursday starting at 5:00 am
  • Have high level of job motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.


  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 60 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work in an environment that is between 10 and 40 degrees above zero Fahrenheit for an entire shift.
  • Ability to walk/stand/stoop/bend/reach above shoulders frequently


  • Can stop operations for safety and quality issues


  • No minimum education requirement; High School diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
  • Three to six months previous job related experience required.
